Ingredients: dried Sydney, dried figs, apricots, lilies, lotus seeds, sand ginseng, polygonatum odoratum, candied dates, golden ears and dried tangerine peels
Method: (Lotus seed cored/Golden ear hot water immersion) The ingredients are soaked for 15 minutes and then rinsed. 2.5L of boiling water is put in the pot for 1.5 hours and then can be consumed.
Add corn liansu, carrots and apples to make it fresher and sweeter.
