Shopping Notes

  1. Please register and log in before shopping
  2. The ordered goods will be delivered by the courier company (SF Express). Crocodile Family does not have stores to pick up the goods.
    (Refer to the SF outlet address: SF station address, by the way smart cabinet address, SF business point address, SF cooperation point address.)
  3. The scope of delivery is limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except for restricted areas.
  4. Free shipping is available for purchases up to HKD 500 (discounted in net price). (Except ice goods)
  5. If the purchase amount is less than HKD 500 (discounted actual price), an additional $30 shipping fee will be required. (Except ice goods)
  6. Each sales order can only be sent to one delivery location.
  7. Delivery time is Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  8. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email confirming the order, and the goods will be delivered within 4-7 working days from the date of purchase.
  9. If you need to specify a date or time, an additional administrative fee of $200 will be charged.
  10. The sales of all goods are governed by the company’s terms and conditions for exchange. Customers must bring the goods and invoices to the branch for return and exchange of goods.
  11. The goods are sold at online prices, and the pricing will be adjusted from time to time in response to costs and market prices.
  12. The pictures on the website are for reference only.
  13. S & B Int’l Co. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision to change the terms of use without prior notice.

Exchange Policy

If you want to apply for an exchange, please contact our company to request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods. The rules are as follows:

  1. The delivered product does not match the purchased product or the product was damaged when delivered.
  2. Guests must present a shopping receipt issued by the company.
  3. Any damage or deterioration of goods caused by improper use, improper storage or human negligence does not apply to this exchange clause.
    No refund for replacement of the same product or product of the same value.
  4. When exchanging goods, please keep the goods intact and undamaged, and bring the inner and outer box packaging, the main body of the goods, accessories, invoices and accompanying documents to the place arranged by our company for exchange.
