Ingredients:
Zhunshan, Longan, Lotus Seed, Ibaraki, Golden Ear, Barley, Adenophora Polygonatum, Crocodile Meat

method:
The ingredients are soaked in water for 10 minutes (the golden ears need to be soaked for 30 minutes to make them larger/the round meat is not soaked), and then rinse. Pour about 2L of water and bring to a boil, then turn to a medium-to-low heat and cook for 2 hours. Add a little salt to taste. If stewing soup, stew with 1.5L water for 2.5 hours
